If you are defrauded despite having an active Sentinel or Haechi Elite subscription, you can file a claim directly in the app. We review it within 48 hours with no lengthy back-and-forth. Coverage details and limits will be published ahead of our full launch. Guardian plan members have access to the full protection suite but do not include reimbursement coverage.
No. Haechi AI is built specifically with older adults in mind. The app uses large text, simple language, and one-tap alerts. Most protection happens automatically in the background. If your parent can make a phone call, they can use Haechi. The family dashboard also lets you manage their setup remotely if needed.
